Our Equality Agenda reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members. While many of our members identify with the white male heterosexual 'norm,' we are dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities at work and fair representation for everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. Additionally, Aslef's six Representative Committees, each consisting of one member from our eight geographical districts, actively support local and national campaigns and address issues raised by individual members.
